D&C 90:30

All truth is independent in that sphere in which God has placed it, to act for itself, as all intelligence also; otherwise there is no existence.

D&C 93:30

You cannot force a man to act

Against himself – and that’s a fact.

Intelligence means that I rule

Myself – for good or as a fool.

I can be swayed and then beguiled

By something selfish, wrong, or wild;

But at the Day of Truth I’ll see

Each blessing God did offer me.

And my existence, full and rich,

Was always more than mundane hitch.
